Lacquer Paper • Yuzen
Lacquer paper, also known as Kamakura or Wax Yuzen, are a wax coated Yuzen paper which has been printed in a rich red and black colour and has an embossed surface texture which has been achieved through the printing process giving it a 3D texture. This unique Japanese paper uses traditional, repetitive Japanese patterns and imagery, originally designed for the textile industry in Kyoto and are ideal for card making, collages and invitations.
